Nina Gail Vanoy, age 67 of Liberty, KY, passed away on Friday February 6, 2015 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.

Funeral Services were held 1pmCT/2pmET, Sunday February 8, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY 49, Liberty, KY. Rev. Brent Huggins officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery.Visitation was 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Saturday February 7, 2015 and after 8amCT/9amET, on Sunday February 8, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born in Liberty, Casey County, KY on October 24, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ortha Cain Clements. She passed away on Friday February 6, 2015 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 67 years, three months, and 13 days.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her spouse, Howard Vanoy, and the following:
  • Two daughters: Sondra Gail Carman of Danville, KY; and Monica Faye Vanoy of Liberty, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Benjamin Bradford Carman, Kate Mackenzie Carman and Jonathan Welby Carman

  • Two brothers: Elmer "Red" Wilson of Florida and Junior Clements of Danville, KY

  • Four sisters: Joyce Blair and Louise Grimes both of Liberty, KY; Norma Skaggs of Florida; and Nadine Sears of Campbellsville, KY.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one bother, Mitch Clements.
