Miss Paityn Rose Johnson, age 4 months of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015 in Louisville.

There will be graveside services held at 2pmCT/3pmET, Monday, February 9, 2015, at the Buffalo Cemetery in Larue County, KY.

Miss Paityn Rose Johnson is survived by the following:
  • Her parents: Jacob and Jessica Davis Johnson of Louisville, KY

  • Grandparents: Bruce & Lesa Johnson of Green County, KY; Scarlet Davis of Cecilia, KY; and Mark Davis of Louisville, KY

  • Great-grandparents: Mary Johnson of Rineyville, Gene & Pat Pruitt of Elizabethtown, KY; and L.J. Curry of Green County, KY

  • A special great-great-aunt: Sharon Montgomery of Louisville, KY
