J. E. Wray age 72 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, February 06, 2015 at his home. He was born on July 27, 1942 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late John Alexander Wray and Vicie Jane Williams Wray. He was a longtime automobile mechanic, having worked at several dealerships.



Survivors include:
  • One Daughter- Pam Perry of Carmi, Illinois

  • One Brother- Tommy Wray of Glasgow, KY

  • One Sister- Kathy Defur of Carmi, Illinois

  • Two Grandchildren- Ryan Johnson and Nathan Johnson both of Carmi, Illinois

  • Two Great Grandchildren- Alayna Johnson, and Sophia Johnson

  • Funeral Services will be Monday, February 09, 2015 at 2 PM at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Rose of Sharon Cemetery. the family requests visitation on Monday, February 09, 2015 from 11:00 AM until the service time at 2:00 PM at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
