Taylor County Grand Jury returns eight indictments 3 Feb 2015

Indictments brought against eight individuals, residents of Taylor, Adair, Casey and Marion Counties; total of 21 counts including abuse of adult, fraudulent use of credit card, promoting contraband. receiving stolen property, persistent felony offender, and others.
Taylor County indictments are also carried on 99.9 FM, the Big Dawg. - LARRY SMITH, Operations Manager, Shoreline Communications.

The Taylor County, KY Eleventh Judicial District Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on 3 Feb 2015:

    DIVISION I
  1. Terry L. Peyton . (D/O/B 02/01/1959), Gardenia Drive Indictment No. 15 CR00015-001 Charged with 1 count(s). Counts 1 - Knowingly Abuse/Neglect of Adult by Person (Class C Felony) . Bond: $2,000. All cash. Same bond as 15-CR-15-02
  2. Timothy D. Peyton . (D/O/B 02/04/1962), Gardenia Drive Indictment No. 15 CR0002-002 Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Knowingly Abuse/Neglect of Adult by Person (Class C Felony) . Bond: $2,000. All cash. Same bond as 15-CR-15-01
  3. Joshua A. Gabehart . (D/O/B 10-24-83), Greenhills Drive, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 15 CR00016. Charged with two count(s). Counts 1 - Fraudulent Use of Credit Card over $500 and under $10,000. Theft by unlawful taking or Disposition/All others un=der $500. Bond: $2,000. Unsecured. MCR reporting, no drugs or alchohol. Curfew 10pm-6am.

  7. Michael D. Heady . (D/O/B 09-02-70), Address not given. Indictment No. 15 CR00020. - Charged with two count(s). Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500. Count 2 - Persistend Felony Offender. Bond: $10,000 full cash. No use of drugs or alcohol
  8. Bridgett Hayden . (D/O/B 2-11-1972), Blake Way, Lebanon, KY Indictment No. 15 CR00021. - Charged with 7 count(s). Count 1 - Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree. Count 2 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Count 3 - Receiving stolen property. Count 4 - Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance/sec. 1st Offense. Count 5 - Operating on suspended or revoke operators license. County 6 - No display of Registration Plates. Count 7 - Failure ot Possess proof of registration receipt. Bond: $2,000, unsecured.
