CJE Mike Stephens to nominate Kim Sallee to head shelter program Action comes in wake for resignation of Sandy Ford as Director of Green River Animal Shelter Deputy CJE Holly Grimsley confirmed that Sandy Ford, Director of the Green River Animal Shelter, has resigned the position, effective February 11, 2015, and that Kim Sallee, an employee of the Barren County Animal Shelter, will be recommended by CJE Mike Stephens, to succeed Ford at the Tuesday, February 10, 2015 regular meeting of the Adair County Fiscal Court. Judge Stephens has some far reaching, transformative measures in mind to make the Green River Animal Shelter a model, comprehensive shelter.
