Stacy Smith age 46 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY.

Funeral services for Stacy Smith will be Friday, January 23, 2015 at 12pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery. The family requests visitation 2pm-9pmCT, on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.

Stacy was born on August 24, 1968 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of Benny and Brenda Murphy Smith. She died Tuesday, January 20, 2015, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 46 years, four months, and 27 days.

She was a member of Burkesville First Christian Church, and a graduate of PJ's College of Cosmetology. Survivors Include:
  • One son: Anthony Dylan Radford of Burkesville, KY
  • One daughter: Autumn Snow Radford of Burkesville, KY
  • Her parents: Benny and Brenda Smith of Burkesville, KY
  • One grandchild: Kinley Michelle Radford of Burkesville, KY
  • Two sisters: Kimberly Carol Huntsman of Scottsville, KY; and Tracy Lynn Vanderpool of Burkesville, KY
  • and a host of other relatives and friends
