Adair Courthouse Annex Offices on 2 hr delay

Updated at 6:51amCT. Adair County Sheriff's Office will be open. Adair County Road Foreman Terry Corbin says roads are treacherous

The Adair County Judge Executive Mike Stephens' Office, Suite 1, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, will be on a 2 hour delay this morning, Wed 14 Jan 2015, along with the County Clerk's Office, the Adair PVA, and the Adair County Attorney's office. The offices will be open at 10amCT.



Adair County Road Foreman Terry Corbin warns motorists that if they have to be on the roads to take extreme precautions as the temperature will remain below freezing until around noon. With the light mist conditions are right for very treacherous conditions.

"KY 55 north and KY 551/Knifley Road, are already as slick as glass," he warns. Other roads are expected to have similar conditions, Corbin warns. Adair County Road crews are are working to alleviate conditions. Holly Grimsley
