Rester Higginbotham, Russell County, KY, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015. A commital service will be held at 1pmCT, Friday, January 9, 2015 at Lawless Cemetery in Russell County, KY. There will be no visitation.



Rester Higginbotham, 84, Russell Co., KY (1930-2015)

Rester was born in Russell Springs, Russell Springs, KY, on May 25, 1930, a son of the late Mary (Judd) and George Higginbotham. He died Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at the age of 84 years, seven molnths, and 13 days.

He was of Seventh Day Adventist Faith and a farmer. He is survived by his wife, Ina (Lawless) Higginbotham of Russell Springs, KY and the following:
  • Two daughters: Sandra Leach, of Russell Springs, KY; Sharon Hill, of Russell Springs, KY

  • A son: Roger Higginbotham, of Russell Springs, KY

  • One grandson

  • One great-grandson

  • And a host of neices and nephews

  • Two sisters: Viola Bunch, of Jamestown, KY; and Helen Hadley, of Florida.
