KSP Post 4 make arrests in Glendale bank robbery Next earlier story: West Point Bank, Glendale, KY, robbed By Tpr. Jeff Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown ELIZABETHTOWN, KY – Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown has made two arrests in the December 23, 2014 robbery of the Glendale branch of West Point Bank. KSP Detective Aaron Gabhart charged Leonard D. Sisk (54) of Cecilia, and Justin M. Collinge (32) of Leitchfield with Robbery 1st degree. In addition to Robbery 1st, Mr. Collinge was also charged with Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, and Possession Of A Controlled Substance 1st Drug Unspecified (2 counts).
