LWC Wrestling Up 2 Spots to No. 12, CU at No. 4 Wrestling jumps to 12th in latest NAIA Wrestling Coaches' Top 20 Poll By Tyler Scott COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson wrestling team moved up two spots in the latest NAIA Wrestling Coaches' Top 20 Poll, released by the national office on Dec. 31. The Blue Raiders are receiving 42.5 total team points, one-half point ahead of Oklahoma City (42). Campbellsville (KY) is the top Mid-South Conference team in the poll sitting in fourth with 72 total team points. Cumberlands (KY) and Cumberland (TN) are each receiving votes to round out the MSC. The top three teams remain the same with Grand View (Iowa) taking the top spot with 177 total team points. Southern Oregon is second with 111.5 points and Montana State-Northern is third receiving 82.5 total points. Joe Cozart leads Lindsey Wilson sitting in first in the 157-pound weight class with 80 total points. Erick Gomez is ranked seventh receiving 35 total points in the 174-pound weight class, while James Flint sits in eighth in the 125-pound weight class receiving 26 total points. Keaton Thomas has 16 total points and is tied for 10th in the 133-pound weight class. Chico Adams is ranked 13th with 10 total points in the 285-pound weight class and Daniel Leonard sits in 16th with three total points in the 141-pound weight class.
