Teresa (Terry) Jett, 55, Stephens Road, Jamestown, KY, died at 6amCT, Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at the Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

The funeral service will be at 3pmCT, Friday, January 2, 2015, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be at 1pmCT, Friday, at the funeral home. Care and cremation has been chosen.



Teresa (Terry) Jett, Jamestown, KY (1959-2014)

She was born July 1, 1959, in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. She was the daughter of tghe late Harold W. Green and Phyllis D. (McGeorge). She died Tuesday, December 30, 2014, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 55 years, five months, and 29 days.

She was a store clerk.

She is survived by the following:
  • Her husband: Roger Jett

  • Her son: Shawn Adams

  • Her daughter: Leah Maria Jett
The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
