Clinton County collision takes life of Albany, KY driver Two vehicle collision occurs when driver 1993 Plymouth loses control of car, travels into path of 2005 Dodge Pickup. Driver in Plymouth, not belted, pronounced dead by Clinton County Coroner. Passenger in Plymouth, also not belted treated at Clinton County Hospital. Driver of Pickup was belted and not injured. Jason Warinner is investigating a collision that occurred Monday, 29 Dec 2014 at approximately 11:15amCT, 1 mile east of Albany on KY 350. 35-year-old Jackie Lynch, of Albany, was traveling east on KY 350, operating a 1993 Plymouth 4 door. Lynch lost control of his vehicle in a curve and traveled into the path of a westbound 2005 Dodge pickup operated by 30-year-old Beau Ochsner of Pall Mall, TN. Lynch was not belted and was transported to Clinton County Hospital where he was later pronounced dead by the Clinton County Corner. A passenger with Lynch, 26-year-old William Moore III, of Albany, was not belted and transported and treated at Clinton County Hospital. Ochsner was belted and not injured.
