16 Dec 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments

Charges include forgery, wanton endangerment, theft, manufacturing methamphetamine, shoplifting, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, and burglary, others.

The Adair County Grand Jury has returned 12 indictments against 11 individuals on Tue, 16 Dec 2014, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Those indicted were:

  1. Michael Paul Risen (D.O.B. 12/06/79) Terrance View Drive, Lexington, KY . Indictment No. 14-CR-00175- Charged with 1 Count(s). Count 1 -Criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree. Bail: $2,500 c/sec. prop. Arraignment 13 Jan 2015 at 1:00pmCT.
  2. Rodney Lewis Roberts (D.O.B. 10/17/1979) South Broadway, Lexington, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00176- Charged with 2 Count(s). Count 1 - Criminal Possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Count 2: Persistent Felony Offender. Bail: $10,000. Cash. Arraignment 13 Jan 2015 at 1:00pmCT.
  3. Gary W. Rooks. (D.O.B. 07-26-1963) New Concord Road. Indictment No. 14-CR-00177- Charged with 1 Count(s). Count 1 -Wanton Endangerment in the first degree. Bail $5,000 c/sec. property. Arraignment 13 Jan 2015 at 1:00pmCT.
  4. Jody M. Shephard (D.O.B. 3-16-1995) Cayden Lane, Russell Springs, KY . Indictment No. 14-CR-00178 - Charged with 1 Count(s). Count 1 - Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, over $500, Shoplifting. (At Walmart) Summons. Arraignment 13 Jan 2015 at 1:00pmCT.
  5. Logan B. Turner (D.O.B. 10/08/1981 ) . Indictment No. 14-CR-00179- Charged with 2 Count(s). Count 1 -Manufacture of Methamphetamine. Count 2 - Careless Driving. Bail: $10,000 c/sec property. Arraignment 13 Jan 2015 at 1:00pmCT.

  12. David Scott Corbin (D.O.B. 8-11-1979) Westwood Drive. Indictment No. 14-CR-00186- Charged with 3 Count(s). Count 1 -Burglary in third degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 but less and $10,000. Count 3 - Persistent felony offenderin the first degree. Bail $10,000 c/sec. prop. Arraignment 13 Jan 2015 at 1:00pmCT.
