Determination of a Quorum

Business
- Approval of minutes as presented, Randy Burns, Secretary
- Approval of treasurer's report as presented, Mike Curry, Treasurer
- EDA report by Holly Grimsley

Old Business
- Fencing at Green River Commerce Park, Mark Dykes
- Updating EDA website

New Business
- New Lap Top and Wireless Printer for EDA use
- A Planning/Work Session concerning direction of EDA
