Funeral Service for Phillip Lyle Coe will be Tuesday, December 9, 2014, 1pmCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel 202 N Main Sreet, Jamestown, KY. Friends may visit after 10amCT on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial with full military honors at Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

He was born in Jamestown, Russell County, KY. on Wednesday, August 28, 1937, a son of the late Margie (McFarland) and Joe Coe. He died Saturday, December 6, 2014, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 77 years, three months, and eight days.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a farmer.

Survivors include the following:
  • Son: Scotty Coe of Jamestown, KY

  • Daughter: Sheila (Ron) Langbauer of Jamestown, KY

  • Grandson: Jeremy Coe

  • Granddaughter: Shana Langbauer
