Jaycees Radio Auction raises $6,578.00

News from the Columbia/Adair County Jaycees

The Columbia/Adair County Jaycees Radio Auction conducted Wednesday and Thursday raised a total of $6,578.00 which will go a long way in providing toys and food to families here at Christmas time and throughout the year, thanks to a generous, caring Columbia/Adair County!

Successful bidders can pick up items and pay for them now thorough Wed 17 December 2014, at Flowers 'n' Things, 310 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728, Phone 270-384-4214.



The event was hosted by Greg Thomas. Both local radio stations, WAIN 93.5 and The WAVE, 92.7 carried the program, and the list of items was posted and updated by ColumbiaMagazine.com.

The Jaycee creed says it all for what we stand for and try to project through our endeavors each year. If anyone is interested in joining and volunteering their time and efforts to be a Jaycee we meet the First and Third Tuesday of each month, at the Jaycees Pavillion, 413 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY.
