Desire Riddle, 19, taken into custody in Clinton case See next earlier story for context, this update: Two fugitives found at trailer on US 127 S of Albany, KY By William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY ALBANY, KY - Soon after Randall Wilkinson was apprehended, 19-year-old Desire Riddle, of Albany, who was at the scene, was also taken into custody and charged with Hindering Prosecution 1st Degree. Wilkinson was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Both were lodged in the Clinton County Jail. This story was posted on 2014-11-25 20:10:29
