Two fugitives found at trailer on US 127 S of Albany, KY

ALBANY, KY - Investigators developed information today in the manhunt for two men wanted n connection with the death of Anthony W. Hargis, which led them to believe that the men, James D. Polston and Randall L. Wilkinson were at a trailer on KY 127, south of Albany, KY.



Upon arrival, Wilkinson fled from the trailer on foot but was apprehended.

The Kentucky State Police Special Response Team also arrived at the scene and through the use of a mobile robot and camera, were able to get into the trailer and locate Polston lying in the floor of the residence, dead from an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound. The case remains under investigation.

The preliminary autopsy results indicate that the victim, Anthony W. Hargis, died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.

Randall L. Wilkinson- fled trailer, but apprehended
