Scene is clear. - CHRIS JESSIE By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer KY Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN,KY (Tue 25 Nov 2014. 6:31amCT) - KY 88 will be closed this morning due to a fatality crash located between mile points 9 and 10.
