Homer Stephens the officiating clergy. Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 2:30pmCT, Saturday, November 16, 2014, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Harlon Franklin, 79, Adair County, KY (1935-2014) He was born on Wednesday, June 19, 1935 at Milltown, Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Dempsey & Lula Mae Neat Franklin. He died Thursday, November 13, 20-14, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 79 years, three months, and 25 days. He was preceded in death by a grandson Robbye Burch on November 17, 1996 and three brothers, Don Franklin, Ralph Franklin and Wallace Franklin. He is survived by his wife, Arcola Estes Franklin, of Columbia, KY, and the following:
