ADAIR Band leaves for BoA from Blue Raider Stadium at 10amCT

Perform in Bands of America preliminaries, at Lucas Oil Stadium, 500 S. Capitol, Indianapolis, IN, at 8:30pmCT, TONIGHT, Thu 13 Nov 2014. Compete among 90 bands from 21 states for one of 34 spots in finals. They're going for their 3rd National Title.

News from the Adair Band

The ADAIR Band will be leaving this morning around 10amCT from their last practice at Lindsey Wilson College Football Stadium to compete in the Bands of America Grand National Championships being held at Lucas Oil Stadium, 500 S Capitol Avenue Indianapolis, IN.



There will over 90 band competing from 21 different states including TX, OH, IN, KY, CA, SC, NC, IL, MI OK, VA NJ, GA, FL, PA, MS, TN, LA, AR, WI, and IA in four classes which are Class A, Class AA, Class AAA, Class AAAA. Adair will be competing in Class A.

ADAIR has won the Class A BOA National Title twice before in 2005 and 2007.

The students have worked very hard this year and are hoping to add 2014 to the list. The band performs at 8:30pmCT/9:30pmET, Thursday night, November 13, 2014 in preliminaries. They will then have to wait until out late Friday night to see if they are one of the 34 bands to advance to Semi-Finals Saturday morning which will be when Class Titles are decided.

We will keep everyone posted during the three day event. We do ask everyone remember us for safe travels. ​
