On Friday November 7th 2014 34 year old Margie Handy of Columbia was arrested and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense. A sealed indictment was issued for her arrest in late October. She was located off of Bridgeport Circle by CPD Ofc. Jordan Dean and Sgt.
