Dr. Arnold says 4 of qualified voters denied ballots have contacted him

(3:05pm) - Says that all were people intending to write his name in. He wonders if the view who have contacted him.

from Ben Arnold, Candidate for Mayor
I have now received contacts from 4 voters who were denied the right to vote in the City election and are City tax payers. I have also heard from another source of more cases! These were intending to vote for me but other candidates may also have been affected? Most would not have an easy way to contact me, so suspect the numbers are greater than anyone knows at this time.

There was also a report of 'running out of paper ballots', requiring electronic voting or the option, asking voters to return at 2 pm when they would have ballots. Finally, the council candidates were all on the back side of the Ballot, requiring voters to know this? Maybe these are small numbers but it doesn't give much confidence! - Ben Arnold MPH, PhD
