LWC Women's Soccer drops to No. 8 in NAIA Top 25 Poll Next: Blue Raider Women's Soccer at Lee (TN) Monday, November, 3, 2014, 6pmCT/7pmET at Lee Soccer Field, 1120 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37311 By Matthew Stokes COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team dropped to eighth in the sixth regular season NAIA Coaches' Top-25 Poll, released by NAIA officials on Tuesday, 28 Oct 2014. The Blue Raiders (9-3-3) who clinched the Mid-South Conference regular season title on Monday are receiving 461 voting points. Spring Arbor (Mich.) is nine points ahead of the Blue Raiders with 470 voting points. The Blue Raiders No. 8 ranking marks the 126th straight time the team is ranked in the top-10. Lindsey Wilson's 6-1 victory over Cumberland (TN) on Monday is not reflected in this week's poll due to the timing of the weekly ratings calendar. The Bulldogs remain No. 1 in the poll with 588 voting points and 18 first-place votes. Embry-Riddle (Fla.) sits at No. 2, garnering 568 voting points and two first-place votes. Cumberland and Lindsey Wilson are the only teams in the Mid-South Conference ranked in the Top-25 poll.
