Maddox Tye Durbin, the 3 month old son of Jeremy and Hanna Rene'e Foster Durbin passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Funeral service will be Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Bro. Darrell Landis, Bro. Jim Williams and Bro. Ralph Foster will be the officiating clergy. Burial will be in the Robinson Chapel Cemetery, 10477 Knifley Road, Knifley, KY. The family request visiting from 5pm-8pmCT, on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.



Maddox Tye Durbin, 3 months, Adair County, KY (13 July 2014 - 17 Oct 2014)

He was born Sunday, July 13, 2014. He was the son of Jeremy and Hanna Rene'e Foster Durbin. He died Friday, October 19, 2014, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of three months, six days.

In addition to his parents, Maddox is survived by The following:
  • His paternal grandparents: Eddie and Teresa Chase Durbin of Knifley, KY

  • Paternal great grandfather: S. Bernard Durbin of Indiana

  • Maternal grandparents; Steve and Michele Foster of Columbia, KY

  • Maternal great grandparents; Janet Sue Foster of Columbia, KY; and Donald and Lou Irvin of Columbia, KY

  • Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives
Expressions of sympathy are requested to take the form of donation to the Ronald McDonald House of the Bluegrass 1300 Sports Center Drive Lexington, KY 40522 or may be left at the funeral home.
