Seven at KSP Post 15 receive promotions to Trooper First Class By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Trooper Johnathan R. Boyd, of Marion County; Trooper Ricky M. Brooks, of Metcalfe County; Trooper Bramlett J. Burton, of Adair County; Trooper Michael S. Dubree, of Monroe County; Trooper David T. Long, of Cumberland County; Trooper Robert A. Maxwell, of Barren County and Trooper Michael A. Woodrum, of Casey County were all recently promoted to the rank of Trooper First Class. All seven Troopers continue to serve the Post 15 area which services Marion, Washington, Taylor, Green, Adair, Russell, Casey, Monroe, Metcalfe, Cumberland and Clinton Counties.
