Two Spectrum runaways located

Boys tell deputies they were planning to walk to Bowling Green, KY, and from there go to Louisville, after being intercepted on Campbellsville Road in Columbia, KY

News from the Adair County Sheriff's Office

The Adair Sheriff's Office located and returned two male juveniles who had run away from Spectrum Care early Monday morning, October 6, 2014, The two 15-year-old males had fled Spectrum, located on North 55, Columbia, KY, at around 3amCT, Monday.


Just after 6amCT, Deputies Jared Conover and Adam Cravens were notified by Adair Dispatch the juveniles been seen at Gate on Campbellsville Road.

The deputies intercepted the juveniles as they were walking on the side of the road in front of Pott's Body Shop.

The juveniles did not attempt to flee again, and advised Deputies they were going to attempt to walk to Bowling Green before trying to get to Louisville. They were both returned to Spectrum. --Deputy Adam Cravens
