News from Adair County High School Football

Nothing can stop the amazing 2014 Adair County Football team. Not the weather, and certainly not opponents - so far this year. The Indians delighted the 2014 Adair County High School Homecoming fans with a 41-6 victory tonight, 3 October 2014 before a packed crowd at ACHS Stadium for the best start of any season in the program's history.

Despite the rain and losing power, the ACHS Indians went on to win over Edmonson County 41-6.

Half time score was Adair 28 Edmonson 0.

Rains came in during half time halting homecoming ceremonies and emptying the stands.

Play resumed at the beginning of 3rd quarter with some of our diehard fans returning to the stands.

Adair Co. went on to score 13 more points with Edmonson only 6. With less than 2 minutes left on the clock, power was lost at the field.

With no lights, the game was halted and Adair gets the win.

Jordan Lasley scored another 2 touchdowns.

Next week, on 10 October 2014, the Indians face their toughest opponent, South Warren High School, but this year the game is at home.
