Diana Kay Ware passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY. She was 51.

Cremation rites were honored by McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. No services are scheduled at this time.

Born September 27, 1963, in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Raphael and Joyce Patton Ware. Diana Kay Ware passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 51 years, five days.
  • Two sons: Matt Wade of Liberty, KY; and Chris Pendleton of Dunnville, KY
  • Two daughters: Tasha Ware of Kings Mountain, KY; and Megan Pendleton of Dunnville, KY
  • Two grandchildren: Parker and Taylor

  • Three sisters: Carolyn Goforth of Yosemite, KY; Donna Wihebrink of Union, KY; and Deborah Ware of Burlington, KY
  • In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Ware.

    In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to offset funeral cost. Send a condolence to the family of Diana K. Ware.
