She died Tuesday, September 30, 2014, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 81 years, seven months, and 8 days. She was united in marriage to Ralph Arden Cash in Clinton County, KY on October 08, 1952. She was a homemaker and loved taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers, John Sam Carter, James Carter, Roy Carter, Oscar Carter, Jr., Lewis Carter, and C.A. Carter; three sisters, Madie Lee, Katherine Smith, and Wray Smithson; and one granddaughter, Amanda Jo Garmon. Survivors Include her husband, Ralph Arden Cash of Burkesville, KY, and the following:
