Fred Neat, Taylor County, KY; Adair native (1944-2014) He was a member of a large, highly regarded family. He was a native of Adair County, KY, and will be laid to rest in Haven Hill Cemetery in Columbia. He was a resident of Taylor County at the time of his death. He was the son of Ruby Neat, who survives, and the late Finis Neat. He leaves 14 direct living descendants.He retired from Komatzu in Peoria, Illinois and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge #0158 AFL-CIO.
