Funeral services were at 12pmCT/1pmET, Saturday, September 27, 2014, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Bro. Steve Kerr. Visitation was after 9amCT/10amET, Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery, W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY.

Dimple Breeden of Russell Springs, formerly of Campbellsville, KY, was the daughter of the late Charles Nollman Smith and Eula Pike Smith. She was born Saturday, May 12, 1924, in Adair County, Kentucky. She died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 90 years, fourmonths, and nine days.

She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

She united in marriage to Lloyd L. Breeden in 1944. He preceded her in death October 23, 1993.

She is survived by the following:
  • Three brothers and one sister: Norman Smith and wife, Gloria of Russell Springs, KY; Wilmer Smith of Martinsville, Indiana; Glenfield Smith of Campbellsville, KY; and Fannie Mae Jacobs and husband, Homer of Somerset, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews

  • and many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters: Calvin Logan Smith, James S. Smith, Clarence E. Smith, Gordon Smith, Ethel Phelps and Mary Jane Cowan.
