Metcalfe Co. planning for indoor winter Farmers Market session

Next meeting topics: High Tunnel, Green House production

News from the Metcalfe County Extension Service

The Metcalfe County Extension and Farmers Market is holding a meeting for local high tunnel and green house producers at 4pmCT on Friday 10 Oct 2014 at the Metcalfe Co. Extension office, 422 East Street, Edmonton, KY. The purpose of the meeting is to plan for a first time winter farmers market in Edmonton.



The Kentucky Blueberry Growers Association on West Stockton St. in Edmonton has kindly agreed to allow local producers to utilize their truck bay/commercial indoor space for a 2014/15 winter Farmers Market. This meeting will allow local winter producers to meet and plan the details for a winter farmers market, come one come all!
