ACSO arrests Ross Cemetery Road property owner for MJ grow Ross Cemetery Road location about 15 miles from ACSO office in Adair Annex, Columbia, KY. Arrest site across Crocus Creek off Scenic KY 704 From Adair County Sheriff's Office On Sunday, September 14, 2014, at approximately 12:40pmCT, Deputy Rainwater attempted to serve a warrant at a residence on Ross Cemetery Road (CR - 1868) , Columbia, KY. Upon making contact with the property owner Mr Adam Haskiell, Deputy Rainwater reports he could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from his person and inside the residence. Deputy Rainwater was given verbal consent to search the residence. Upon searching, Deputy Rainwater recovered several containers of what appeared to be marijuana. Deputy Rainwater alleges that Mr Haskiell also admitted that he also had six marijuana plants growing which were recovered. Mr Haskiell was arrested and charged with Trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Rainwater was assisted on scene by Sheriff Harrison Moss and Deputy Brandon Hitch.
