Super Sampler Saturdays start Sep 13, 2014 at FM2

By Barbara Armitage

Columbia's Farmer's Market on the Square will be offering Super Sampler Saturday's with opportunities to taste products and recipes featuring foods available at FM2.

Super Sampler Saturday starts September 13, 2014. Tucker's Station Farms booth will offer shoppers a chance to sample their new Roasted Garlic and Basil Marinara, served with their new fresh baked Garlic Parmesan Italian Bread featuring Heavenly Homestead cheeses, which is also available at the market.

The sauce brings the homemade goodness of southern Italy onto plates with a slow simmered marinara. The sauce is a delight to the taste buds, wonderfully thick and chunky, filled with garden fresh peppers, roasted garlic and aromatic basil in a rich tomato sauce.

The Farmer's Market on the Square is open every Tuesday from 4:30pm-7pmCT and every Saturday from 8am-1pmCT, at the Adair Annex Parking Lot, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY
