2 year old child, last seen with her dog, missing in Green Co. Update just in 8:17amCT: Sheriff Beard has just called to say that the little girl is safe. She was examined by Green County EMS and is being transported to to Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY, at the request of the family. - LARRY Update just in at 7:59amCT: Green County Sheriff Robbie Beard has ust notified me that the little girl has just been found. 'She's was cold and wet, but she's now safe,' Sheriff Beard said and added that the investigation is still underway. We'll be bringing more details as we learn them. - LARRY SMITH By Larry Smith, FM 92.7 the WAVE & FM 99.9, the BIG DAWG We are following a story now underway of a 2 year old girl missing from the Union Chapel area of Green County, near the Taylor and LaRue County lines. The child was last seen last night playing with her dog. Green County Sheriff Robbie Beard and Deputy Adam Rainwater are heading the search along with the Green County Rescue. Volunteers joining the search include Campbellsville/Taylor County Rescue, and - unconfirmed at this time, the Adair County Search & Rescue.
