Aug. 28, 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments against four

The Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 4 individuals, on Thursday, August 28, 2014, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

Those indicted were:


  1. Sharon L. Young (D.O.B. 12/16/1962 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00125 - Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen Property, Firearm. Count 2 - Promoting contraband in the first degree. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance in the third degee, first offense, drug unspecified. Possession of controlled substances not in original container. Bail: $2,00 c/sec. property. =Arraignment September 23, 2014 at 1pmCT
  2. Brandon James Cooper (D.O.B. 08-06-1989 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00126 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Criminal Mischief in the first Degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender in the first degree . Bail: $10,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment September 23, 2014 at 1pmCT
  3. Marcus Crowdus (D.O.B. 08/14/1984 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00027 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant non support. Persistent felony offender in first degree. Bail: $5,000 cash. Arraignment September 23, 2014 at 1pmCT
  4. Markus Yardberry (D.O.B. 09-11-1995 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00128 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition over $500, but under 10,000. Count 2 - Criminal trespass in the 2nd Degree. . Bail: $5,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment September 23, 2014 at 1pmCT
  5. Brandon James Cooper (D.O.B. 08-06-1989 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00129 - Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, over $500 but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender in the first degree. Count 3 - Criminal tespass in the second degree. Count 4 - Criminal mischef in the second degree. Bail: $10,000 c/sec. prop. . Arraignment September 23, 2014 at 1pmCT
