Hazel Owsley, 89, Cumberland Co., KY (1925-2014) Hazel was born on June 29, 1925 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Tyler and Leda Maupin Elliott. She died Friday, August 29, 2014, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 89 years, two months. She was a member of Burkesville Community Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Owsley, Sr.; one daughter, Landa Gail Kirk; three sisters, Mary Rowe, Cecil Twyman, and Fannie Bow; and five brothers, Tyler Elliott, Willie Elliott, Gleason Elliott, Ottis Elliott, and Frank Elliott.
