News from Lindsey Wilson College

COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson men's and women's golf teams host Campbellsville (KY) University in the President's Cup at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson, 275 Country Club Road, Columbia, KY, beginning 8amCT, on Saturday, August 30, 2014.

This will be the first event of the 2014-15 season for both Blue Raider squads. The Lindsey Wilson men's team has captured the President's Cup the past five years over the Tigers dating back to 2009-10 season.

It will be the first-ever President's Cup competition on the women's side.

Last year the men's team finished ranked No. 22 in the NAIA Coaches' Postseason Top 25 Poll after winning the Mid-South Conference Tournament championship. The win secured a spot in the NAIA National Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida, where the Blue Raiders finished in 20th place.

The women's team finished second at the Mid-South Conference Tournament championship in 2013-14. Kaitlin Allan represented the Blue Raiders at the NAIA National Championships as an individual in Lincoln, Nebraska, missing the final cut by two strokes.
