DAV service officer will be at VFW on September 8, 2014

Postponed one week due to Labor Day holiday

VFW Post 6097

The DAV service officer will not be at VFW Columbia Post 6097, 411 Fairground ST Columbia, KY, on Monday, September 1, 2014 due to it being Labor Day, but will be there on Monday, September 8, 2014, 2014. Doors open at 8amCT and is for any Veteran needing assistance with any VA claim or problem.

You do not need to be a member of any Veteran Group to receive this service and is provided on a "first come-first served" basis. Please bring all letters and/or paperwork from the Veterans Administration. If you are just applying, you need to bring discharge papers - preferably DD-214. Helpus help you promptly by having this information with you. - JOE HARE, Post Commander
