Traffic/Construction: Paving scheduled for Monday August 25 Paving on N Monroe, N High, and Merchant Streets On Monday August 25, 2014 Storm Paving will be paving on North Monroe Street, North High Street and Merchant Street in Columbia, KY. These streets will have limited access during paving and some may be closed. We ask the public to avoid these areas where possible and to expect some delays in traffic. We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we make these necessary upgrades to better serve you our customers with better quality water service.
