Rider injured when moped suffers mechanical issues, overturns From Campbellsville Police Department 100 Terri Street, Campbellsville, KY A Campbellsville, KY, moped operator, 50 year old Shelly Perkins of Campbellsville, was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY, for treatment of minor injuries after the 2008 moped Perkins was operating northbound on South Central Avenue/KY 70 near the intersection with Kerr Street suffered mechanical issues, causing the moped to overturn.
