Funeral service for Zella Owens will be 1pmCT, Sunday, August 17, 2014 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, with Bro. Josh Owens and Bro. Reggie Tipton officiating. Friends may call after 4pmCT, Saturday. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery. Pallbearers: Cody Lawson, Brian Lawson, Jesse Owens, Wesley Thompson, Jeremy Stearns, Owen Tipton, and Evan Tipton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Owens; three brothers, Arlus "Shorty" Withers, Golden Withers, Trulen Withers; and three sisters, Rose Thomas, Geneva Richardson, infant sister.
