Green Co., KY husband charged with attempted murder Charge follows investigation of domestic disturbance. Following investigation, KSP alleges 54 year old had fired shots at his wife. He has been lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center, charged with menacing, resisting arrest, cutlivaation of marijuana, wanton endangerment, along with the attempted murder charge. Click on headline for complete story By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY Kentucky State Police Post 15 responded to 822 Hudgins HWY in Green County at 4:02pmCT, on August 14, 2014 to a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon units' arrival they discovered that Tony Evans, 54, of Summersville, had been involved in a domestic altercation with his wife Debbie Evans. It was discovered that Mr. Evans fired shots at his wife but she was uninjured and fled the scene prior to units' arrival. Units made contact with Evans and he was taken into custody. Evans was charged with menacing, resisting arrest, cultivation of marijuana, wanton endangerment and attempted murder. Tony Evans was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center. Detective Jamie Richard is continuing the investigation and was assisted at the scene by Green County Sheriff's Department.
