Student led program live on local channel 2 at 8:30amCT

On Columbia local cable access Channel 2

By Alan W. Reed, Superintendent, Adair County Schools

I would like to let CM readers know that our opening day presentation for teachers and employees will be broadcast live beginning at 8:30amCT this morning, Wednesday, August 13, 2014, on Columbia local cable access Channel 2. For the first time in our district's history, the entire 1.5 hour event is entirely student led and will feature Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", the driving force in our Leader In Me initiative. I think CM readers will enjoy it, and teachers are in for quite a surprise as we depart from the typical professional approach to our opening day for employees.

Alan W. Reed, Superintendent
Adair County Schools, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY 42728
