Fortune Street and Jefferson Alley where paving work will be in progress On Wednesday, August 13, 2014 there will be several street closures in the downtown area of Columbia, KY as the Downtown Water System Renovations Project is in its final phases. Stotts Construction Company, Inc. will be working on W. Adams Alley. Storm Paving will be paving on Madison Alley, So. Reed Street, E. Fortune Street and Jefferson Alley. These streets will have limited access during paving. We ask the public to avoid these areas where possible and to expect some delays in traffic.
