Taylor Co. mother faces wanton endangerment charge From Taylor County Sheriff's Office The Taylor County Sheriff's Office in Campbellsville, KY, received a report on Monday, July 21, 2014, from Social Services alleging that a mother had left two small children home alone. After an investigation it was found that Anna Newcomb had abandoned the children, one aged four, the other nine months, leaving the two home alone for two hours. Information from the investigation was turned over to the Taylor County Attorney's Office. On Sunday, August 10, 2014, an arrest warrant charging wanton endangerment 2nd Degree, was issued for Anna Newcomb, age 24 years. She was arrested and lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center in Campbellsville, KY. The investigating officer is Dickie Benningfield. This story was posted on 2014-08-11 07:03:11
