Leader in Me program at Adair Co. Schools a giant step ahead 'After I saw Shamarie's Leader in Me photo, I drove through campus to see for myself. What a transformation!!! The campus is so very welcoming, with it's fresh "Company's Coming" look for the opening day of school next Thursday. It was a thrilling moment when I saw the actual Leader in Me banners on the buildings. Whatever problems we have today, the future looks so much brighter. It's a great idea for the whole community.' - LINDA WAGGENER Click on headline for complete commentary By Linda Waggener Personal commentary Thanks, Adair County School District for showing the way. With the Leader in Me program underway, Adair County public schools will not just "race to the top"; adding this training to the prior programing means it will "beam AC to the top"!!! I couldn't be more proud of our educational leaders and staff - go team!!!! I want to know the chain of agencies making it possible for funding - please share the line of financing that allowed such quality training to be brought to Adair County so I can personally thank every single one of them. My philosophy is: Right after spiritual and family development, education is everything - a lifetime of it, learn something every day! The Leader in Me program for our school children brings joy and thanksgiving to the heart of someone who has advocated for many years that we bring the 7 Habits program to every citizen in the county! I'm overjoyed to have just learned of the Leader in Me program coming to Adair County! After I saw Shamarie's Leader in Me photo, I drove through campus to see for myself. What a transformation!!!
