Funeral services will be Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 11amCT, at Columbia Christian Church, 206 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY,m with Rev. Donnie Walkup delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in Lasley Cemetery. Visitation after 10amCT, Saturday, August 9, 2014, at the church. Flossie Walkup, Adair County, KY (1926-2014) She was born April 3, 1926, in Smiths Grove, Warren County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Romey and Gabriella Cook Boards. She died Sunday, August 3, 2014, in The Flatwoods, Adair County, KY, at the age of 88 years, 4 months. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Colonel Walkup on November 1, 2011 and by a grandson. She was a member of Second Christian Church and a homemaker.
