Chronic condition self-management seminar at AC Senior Center

Self-Management workshop for anyone with a chronic condition who is age 60 or over, will be held at the Adair County Senior Center, 922 Carrie Bolin Drive, Columbia, KY. Classes are open to anyone with a chronic condition who is age 60 or over. Class time is 10amCT, August 14, 21, 28 and September 4, 18 and 25. You can attend one or all sessions; however participants who attend all six sessions will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Walmart gift card. Space is limited.
